Meet Nikki

Namaste! I am Nikki and I have spent the past 12 years of my life devoted to integrating yoga into my life.

I am honored to be your guide and act as a mentor for those interested in furthering their journey. I am rooted in pillars of spirituality and experienced in guiding others through various styles of healing. My process starts with self-evaluation with the intention of better understanding the vessel, consciousness and higher spirit.Together we will use practices like movement medicine, somatic energy release, breathwork, introspective meditation, mantra & sound, earth medicine, astrology, practical ayurveda, therapeutic journaling, holistic nutrition and other various and tangible self-care tools that I have mastered. I aspire to lead by example in my own lifestyle, character and more integrity. I am thrilled to be of service to you.

My Story

I wandered into a yoga studio to try a new style of exercise like anyone else.

What I found was so much deeper. It was Hot 26 that had my heart.
Right away I was addicted and taking classes every day. The movement was hard but made me feel amazing. After class I was brand new and refreshed. When the stars aligned, I did something I never in my life planned to do, I took my first YTT in Hot Yoga. It was technical, learning the foundations and how to teach and structure a class, I craved more. Throughout training, I would go early to set the heat and open the studio and sit there meditating. It was my church. I felt like home.

I was raised Catholic and always went against the traditional aspect of my religion/upbringing. Yoga reminded me of that, but it was on my terms and for everyone. Every time I studied, I found out more about myself. I began to heal myself from the inside out. I craved something more spiritual then Americanized yoga. I wanted to get to the root of all things. I craved spirituality.

Just a year and a half after I started teaching yoga, I was accepted into Raghunath Cappo's Bhakti Advanced YTT in Mumbai, India. Only I had no idea what Bhakti Yoga was or what I signed up for. I left 2 months after my wedding. I quit my job, cashed out my 401K and studied with Hare Krishnas. It changed my life.

I had no clue what spirituality was or that I was starting my self-discovery journey.

My next leap of faith was a calling.

I did something crazy.

Spiritual Devotee & Bhakta

A Better Version

Yoga has been my catalyst for personal transformation, evolving me into a more authentic and grounded individual.

India equipped me for the next chapter of my journey. My journey began in a hot yoga studio that led me to India, where I shed layers of materialism and returned home with a renewed spirit.  Authenticity is at the core of my role as a teacher and guide and I am commited to practicing what I preach. I am deeply rooted in the timeless wisdom passed down through generations of teachers, drawing inspiration from the ancient seekers whose words continue to illuminate my path.

I currently devote my time to entrepreneurship, nurturing my sons, and creating a loving home with my husband. Cherishing each moment, I strive to embrace the wonder of this precious life. Life is truly a gift, and through the teachings of yoga, I have learn to savor its moments by slowing down and embracing its joys.

Devoted Mama & Wife

Why am I passionate about yoga?

Yoga makes me a good mama. Yoga makes me a good person. I am a strong believer that if you want a better world you need to be a better person. I believe in the power of the universe. I believe that there is a higher force out there that knows whats up. What you seek is seeking you. So I do my best to put Love and Light into the Universe.

I have seen yoga change people. Yea sure it makes you stronger and leaner. If you do the work, you become healthier. I have seen it heal traumas that some people waste their entire lifetimes hurting from. I have seen it mirror what is within.

I have personally seen this all in myself.
